Once you submit a return through our Online Returns Portal and mailed your package, you can easily track your shipment through our returns tracking page.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and to be issued.
If you did not use our Online Returns Portal, please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt from the carrier used until your return is processed and your store credit has been issued.
